The screen is blank, or stuck on something old
1Close the app completely and open it again. On an iPhone: swipe up from the bottom and flick the app away, then tap its icon. This alone fixes most of these.
2Still wrong? Open it in your browser instead of the Home Screen icon, and pull down on the page to refresh. That forces the newest version.
3A blank screen that survives both means the website itself is down — this page would not have loaded, so if you are reading this, it is not that.
Face ID stopped working, or it wants me to sign in again
This is normal and nothing is wrong: a sign-in eventually expires, and a new phone, a new browser or clearing your history all start you over. Face ID is remembered per device, so a device that has never used it will ask for the password instead.
1On the sign-in screen, use your password. It works on every device, and Face ID can be turned back on afterward from Settings.
2If you do not have the password, it is kept for you — see the project page in Bellagentic. Never guess repeatedly; a fresh one takes seconds to issue.
3Signed in but a project's own address still asks for a password: open that address from inside Bellagentic rather than from a bookmark, and it will let you straight through.
Nothing that needs Claude is working — conversations, summaries, voice
When they all stop together, it is almost never each of them breaking. It is this machine being signed out of the Claude account they all share. It can happen with nothing expiring and nothing being changed. Right now it is connected.
1Open Reconnect Claude below and follow it: it gives you a link to open, and Claude gives you back a code to paste in. It is one screen, and you sign in as yourself.
2Do not tap the start button twice. The second tap quietly replaces the code you are holding with a new one, so the code you already have stops fitting and the screen looks like it did nothing.
3Nothing was lost while it was signed out — work in progress and files are untouched. Only the things that ask Claude something were affected.
Reconnect ClaudeVoice is not working
There are two, and they fail for different reasons. Talk uses your phone's own dictation and needs nothing — if it does nothing at all, check the microphone permission in your phone's settings. Converse sends what you say to a transcription service, so it stops if that account runs out of credit; it will say so plainly when that is the reason. Talk keeps working either way.
